dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I would complain to the Courts service and actionfraud about this issuing of fake court papers.

If you want to know what laws they have broken it is coercion under the Administration of justice Act 1970 S40 (d)

and false representation under the Theft Act

They already have a number of complaints so the more that are sent in will stir plod into going round to their offices.

They work out of a business suite in Colindale and not Baker St.

The same offices in NW9 was the address of one of the directors former companies now dissolved

and also if I recall correctly another unregistered DCA, so it is a small world.

If the event that triggered the claim is in Scotland

they would be stuffed even if the claim had any merits,

but they dont.

I got a letter from them for parking on my own property that happened to be covered by a CEL anpr camera

(commercial premises leased to a supermarket chain).

I have dared them to take it to court.
