MMF calls am i a record breaker

Hi all since late in 2013 i have received 288 calls to my mobile which i have logged,had many more but did not log them.

93 text messages logged,many more not logged.

And about the same to my land line plus numerous emails.

Is this a CAG record.

Could be for MMF, but there are recorded cases in respect of Halifax and MBNA/Link which were for far more.

 

Have you sent them the Telephone Harassment letter from the Library ?

 

The letter in post #3 could be worth considering..

Have a look at the Roberts - v - BOS Appeal Court Decision (2014).

Make a formal complaint to Neil Petty MD MMF. Quote the Case Ref: it has shut them up quite a few times.

Weren't you involved in a mass complaint to these at one point Brigg, what happened there ?

The data I collected was collated sent and acknowledged, the data collected by CAG was said to be to little to warrant sending.

Complain and take them to court citing the previous case law.

 

Let the judge throw the book at them and it will give others motivation to do the same.

 

Get the media in on it too.
