Just thought I would post some information that I have come across that might help people. If you ever need to obtain documents from the County Court about any claim made against you, then you can use CPR 5.4.2. The current fee is £11, unless you can apply for exemption.

Just to stress and not to confuse UB .....that this is after the claim has been adjudged and not for the use of disclosure.(Court Documents...not Claimants documents)

Thanks for that clarification. People often ask about how they can get hold of documents after judgement and this is the first time I had seen this CPR mentioned.
