It will be Burton Magistrates courtIs she going to plead not guilty?, could you provide further details so best advice can be given. Did she say anything to a TVL goon on the doorstep?

We could do with some help from you.

Her ex partner ripped out the aerial on one of his rampages so she couldnt watch it if she wanted to.

she was trying to deal with her daughter at the time (who was watching a dvd) so the tvl guy passed her something to sign through the window. unfortunately she signed it not even knowing what it was.

N Staffs magistrates court used to be in Fenton, not Hanley, but was moved in 2012 to Newcastle. She should have been allocated to whichever court is nearest her home: is that not Burton?

.

More importantly, you would get detailed advice in this forum if you were to write a concise but precise history of what happened. "Being told she has to travel to Burton" and "passed her something to sign through the window" are so vague that we're left guessing, making it impossible to offer specific advice
