not which action!

nor that 'further action means any of those listed!

Be very careful with lowell this happened to me and an SD turned up a few weeks later which i then had to set aside. Keep your wits about you because lowell are vermin and will make you bankrupt over buttons. They lump debts togeter too to get you over the £750 mark.

This follows on from Lowell throwing their weight around in Jan with that council tax letter.

My work colleague thinks that Lowell did the right thing, while I think Lowell are a bunch of tools.

 

This letter is the same... The confirm you will receive a visit... From someone but who? What action will we take?
