Hi all,

I had two loans over the years with HSBC and I'm pretty sure I had PPI on one of them (I was self-employed so there was no way I could have claimed on the policy anyway I have since found out).

First off, as both loans were over 6 years ago, can I still make a PPI claim with HSBC, and secondly there is a dispute over an old HSBC credit card, that apparently was defaulted on and is currently subject to ongoing CCJ claim that has been filed by MKDP who allegedly took over the debt. Would that affect any PPI claim for the loans?

Many thanks.

there is no time limit on PPI reclaims.

as the card has been sold

then no they cant offset any reclaim either.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
