You must pay within the 14 days otherwise the claimant can execute the judgment with regards to the judgment being registered details of judgments remain on the Register for a statutory period of six years from the date of judgment unless set aside or reversed by the court or the amount is fully repaid within one calendar month from the date of judgment, when the court will notify RTL that the entry should be removed from the Register.

1) I received the judgement 7 days after the hearing and have only 7 days to comply. I did not just have that money.

2) I should be able to get the money before 28days. I just dont want a situation where i TRY so much and still have my name registered as ccj.

If you have paid it, I would inform the court just to make sure they know.

The OP will need confirmation in writing from the Claimant that the judgment has been paid in full within the 28 days and will need to complete a Certificate of Cancellation and pay the appropriate £15.00 fee to the Court.
