Having just read the judgement, the bit at the end must be a relief for the Rev.

 

The council have to pay his and the barristers costs as well. Just a shame that the costs will come out of council funds.

Brilliant judgment and one that surely must persuade any new government to introduce the same legislation into UK law as that already in place in Wales to 'cap' the summons fees at £70
