Taking spml mortgage group to court

Seasons greetings All,

I am looking for help from anybody who has taken the above entity to court.

 

I have a number of issues that they are guilty of

and have a counterclaim in place for the possession order that they have issued.

 

In essence they have been overcharging me on my mortgage for several years

and refused to give me the money back and instead credited it to my account instead:mad2:.

 

Please looking for legal advice and means to structure possible criminal charges too. many thanks .

Thanks for moving my thread to the appropriate section. Unfortunately still having problems navigating around the site.

I am hell bent on avenging the savage and contemptuous disdain which Spml ,Acenden ,lmc have meet-ed out to me.

I have a court date fixed for repossession but also have a counterclaim for a number of greivances that can be substantiated.I am not clear how much iam able to declare on this site given my circumstance. Perhaps there is an experienced, confident yet aggressive legal head that i can talk to?
