Afternoon all some help needed.

I took a loan out in approximately 2000

I was injured at work and could not afford to pay my amount so

after a while restons became involved and

when I was back in work sent an attachment of earnings and I was paying about 100 a month direct from wages,

I was then made redundant and did not hear anymore this was about 4 years ago.

Today I recived a letter from HSBC saying they had sold my debt to lowells.

How do I go from here I don't know what to do any help would be most helpful.

Hi,

You say Restons applied an attachment to earnings? Has this gone to court?

Ok a CCA request to Lowell to see if there is a valid agreement.

Any debt that has been to court and transferred to some other company needs to be officially done through the court.

As this debt is now subject to a County Court Judgement, I don't believe a CCA request will make any difference as a CCJ overrides the CCA

As SF said a CCA request is no good now.

Check trustonline or your credit files for the CCJ.

bet this is an old hfc loan?

hsbc have just dumped 1000's old loans off their books to lowells.

tell use the full history please

whwn did you take this loan out

its purpose

and what is on your cra file...

if it was an HFCloan

9/10 was crap before it ever went to court via PPI/PENALY charges.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
