money group problems

hi has anybody had problems with the money group .myself and partner signed up with them they took £30 for 8 weeks as there upfront costs then they took £73 to sitribute between our debtors .All was fine until we recieved a call from harrington brookes who told us only 30 goes to our debtors and the rest goes to them as admin fees ! couldnt belive it .

Anyway after 4 weeks of fighting them they finally agreed to a refund of the £73 as the upfront fee they have 'worked'for dont see how my debtors have never had any contact of them but never mind anyway for 3 days now they have said they are putting the £73 back into our account and still its not there .

what can i do about this .were desperate atm as we had to pay one of the debts ourself out of partners wages which has left us with out food

 

also has any one used payplan contatced them yesterday so hopefully they are better than the money group/harrington brookes

well now they have rung and said they had the wrong account number i gave them this 3 days ago and it was correct as they double checked shame they didnt have the so called wrong account num when they took my money in the first place
