Iva been entered into and yet from time to time still get creditors trying to collect debts that are part of the IVA. Shouldn't the insolvency company have informed the creditors and any third parties of the IVA. Its really strange..

Hello there.

Were all of those debts included within the IVA? If so the creditors are legally bound by the IVA - as such you should complain about the behaviour of the creditors + further complaints via the FOS.

Who though is responsible to inform the creditor(s) that any debt is part of an IVA. I'm of the mind it should be the IVA company. Am I right ?
