Successful claims on Mortgage ERC !!!

Seen Zoots and used lots of useful stuff . Should sent LBA 22nd oct Sun, as had no acknolwedgement from my recorded delivery letter received by them on 9th........

 

Thought I might use some successful claims.............. couldn't read any in the thread.... apart from Zoot. May be me !!!!

 

If you are out there can you let me know on this thread.

 

1/ who ? 'V' mtge co.

 

2/ did they pay on LBA? or court?.

 

3/ what clinched it for you ?

ERC successes that I am aware of:

 

Dayglo v Natwest -paid up soon after claim issued

Lickthewall v Birmingham Midshires- paid up just before due to issue defence

Thunderpuss v Birmingham Midshires - " " " " "

 

Mortgage late payment fees

Dolly v Halifax - paid out before claim issued but after LBA expired

Thunderpuss & 2 others v Birmingham Midshires - paid out before claim was issued.

 

Mortgage discharge fees

 

I think around about 5 have been paid out some before and some after claim.

I've noticed that the successful claims thread is empty, should people be posting in there when they've won or is it a MOD thing?

Its a mod thing!

 

Generally the mods will leave the successes for a few days so that everyone will congratulate the winners before moving them. There is not a lot of mod activity in here so they have probably been overlooked. As a pinkie I don't have the power to move but I'll nudge the mods in this direction.
