Hi everybody.

I have been living in my residential estate for the last 6 years. I have changed my car a couple of months ago and swapped my residential permit over to my new car, but unfortunately, I forgot to delete the old reg number and re-write the new one on it.

Today I spotted a parking notice which says "parked without displaying a valid parking permit." It was issued by Park Direct Uk member of BPA.

I was wondering if it is worth to appeal it or just pay it before the 14th day for a discounted sum of £60 from £100. :???:

Your advice would be very appreciated.

Carl

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
