I can assure you that at all times I really did believe that he was a pilot. I spoke with him often when he was taking court action and he was so passionate about his job as a pilot in the Middle East. He was a lovely person. I feel such a fool.

 

In the last day or so I have learned that he even has TWO different names !!!

It would be interesting to hear Marston's take on his duplicity, after all he claimss to have taken them for several thousand (double figures)?

Wouldn't lose sleep over him TT but I bet he will not get much shut eye and will be scouring the web to find his fantasy posts and delete them...waste of time as I copied them all and saved them as I went along.....isn't technology wonderful?

 

He will have dreamed up a new story ready to cover his back by now...'busted' I remember to be his catch phase, well he certainly has been.

 

Doubtful he will accept it but...Marstons have played no part in 'busting' him .....it was all my own doing....who's a saddo with nothing else to do but dig deep..yep that's me.

 

I just find it incredible he is extracting money from those who are in dire straights to provide them with duff information that could end up bleeding them dry.

Since yesterday evening I have had to empty my PM box twice there is SO much info coming in about this person it is crazy!!!

 

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone ( most of whom I don't know) who have taken the time to contact me and I promise to look at every article and link that you have sent.

 

One PM however is of GREAT concern and this is from a lady who has provided me with details of entire THREADS that have been removed from the site in relation to cases where bailiffs have used locksmiths and police to FORCE ENTRY after the debtor had taken the "advice" to pay a court FINE at a machine in the court building as this will "supposedly" mean that bailiff fees to Collectica will disappear.

Just had another look at my PM box and I have been asked a few times about the Judgments that I will be posting copies of later today and which bailiff companies they relate to.

 

Firstly, a Form 4 complaint concerns an INDIVIDUAL bailiff as opposed to his employer. However, from memory one is regarding a bailiff working at Collect Services, another bailiff worked for Newlyn and I do not know the company for the third complaint (possibly the bailiff was self employed).

Trouble is BN......... which handle? there are so many to choose from, Bartok, Nintendo, Fork it, Wwow, Lowrider etc etc although now you mention it 'Contrails' could be a flightpath to the clue you speak of?

It was Happy Contrails advice on here that cost a Cagger a few thousand in court costs against us several years ago.

 

It is dangerous giving legal advice when you don't understand the law.

Very much the case here of, 'bought the book and became the expert', it does make you wonder if the female of the site had knowledge of all this before deciding to become involved with his fantasies?

As I have said, I have been well and truly mislead by this person who for at least the past 3 years has gone to the most extraordinary lengths to openly criticise me at every opportunity. On his site he has done the same today.

 

As for his "qualifications"...where to start!!

 

On another forum he states the following:

 

"I was a 1st Officer with Britannia on Boeing 767's and before that....the Royal Navy"

 

"I currently work in Dubai"

 

 

"We are BOTH Pilots"

 

"My partner was hospitalised with a broken foot"

 

"Personal injury claim for £83,00...partner grounded for 7 months (she needs to use both feet to fly an Airbus A319)"

 

 

As I have said a few times I am not the best person on the computer but "apparently" by putting his name in Google followed by the name of the small forum that he runs you will find a Linkedin page https://www.linkedin.com/in/jason-bennison-08830595 to a person who is really called Jason Bennison. On photograph on the page is the same one on his forum.

 

Under the heading of Summary he states that he is the author of the said forum and astonishingly that he has a PSEUDONYM by the name of .......Jason Bailey!!!

 

By his own admission he left secondary modern school in 1983 and then went to college and gained a diploma in Software Engineering and that he then developed a will writing business. There is not a single mention anywhere that he had ever been a Pilot or in the Navy. This is all publicly available information that he himself has provided on his Linkedin page.

I couldn't find his name listed as a Director.

 

I note that ESTATE AND SUCCESSION PLANNING (CONSULTANCY) LLP is a Director of LAWSUITE.CO.UK LLP and LAWSUITE.CO.UK LLP is the only Director of ESTATE AND SUCCESSION PLANNING (CONSULTANCY) LLP. I'm pretty sure you can't do this.

Friends Re-united states....Computer programmer, cab driver in the UK 1990's and jack of all trades all other times. 3 boys, 1 with current partner and 2 from a previous plus lots of nephews & nieces. I sincerely hope that his partner (DK) was a pilot and had suffered such injuries as a result of the actions of the bailiff as otherwise, the claim against Marston Group by HC would have been completely bogus.

 

I have just received a PM that she works for a firm in Surrey and by a most stunning coincidence my younger brother rents a flat through the company who occupy the same address !!! He has a problem with his gas boiler that the agent has still not resolved (despite the bad weather) and I volunteered on Monday to go to see his agent with him at the weekend. This is so spooky I have got goosebumps !!

BN, yes, there are a lot of 'questions' arising from this debacle and I am prepared to put my knowledge where my mouth is by answering any q's raised on the forum but as Fair Parking commented on the site in question, I have more important tasks ahead of me for the day and with the cat litter tray having now been emptied, I must turn my talents to making mince and dumplings for tea.Which by the way I am fully qualified to that task with over 50 years in the catering industry.
