Quick Question:

Does it state anywhere in the new FSA Guidelines that in order to consider a Full and final Settlement figure, that a DCA needs to see a completed Income and Expenditure Form, in order that they can assess whether we can afford the sum proposed.

Cheers in Advance

no def not.

i hope you've reclaimed everything you can and CCa's them too?

and made SURE that the F&F conditions you have made include:

the debt must be marked as SETTLED' not PARTIAL settlement

and

ALL negative data is removed.

else you are wasting your money

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
