Cap Quest Ringing My Employer

Got to work this evening to find a message from one of the girls in the office to say Capquest have been ringing my employer to tell them to get me to ring them

- are they allowed to do this,

 

my employer isn't impressed with me because they are ringing him?

 

I don't know what this is about other than they left him with a 'case number' and a telephone number telling me to ring them..

 

. Need to know what line to take with them when I call them

you DONT CALL THEM.

 

calling your employer iss against every rule in the book

 

its called HARRASSMENT. designed to intimidate you into paying a debt

you might not even owe

 

but EVEN IF YOU DO

 

its not allowed

 

you need to complaint to the OFT.

about their actions.

 

as for the debt...

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll not ring them. No idea what debt they're supposedly chasing me for, just got a reference number that means nothing at all....

Just tell your work colleagues that they are trying to sell you a loan that you do not want and that you have already complained.

Complain to the breaking of Regulation regarding contacting an employer also prove an alleged debt as you have no idea for this subject.
