Hello everybody

Loan taken out 15-03-03

I've complained to the FSO about loans.co.uk and they sent me a letter saying they are unable to consider the complaint. Now I've 21 days to disagree but I do not know what to put in the letter.

Please could anyone give me some advice

Hi

The attachments you posted are too small....you need to convert them to PDF.

Use this method by dx100uk

set your default scan page size to A4 less than 300DPI [150 will do]

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

'

BUT......

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all monetary figures and dates.

************************* ************************* *******

{DO NOT USE A BIRO OR PEN OR USE SEE THRU TAPE OR LABELS]

try http://www.pdfescape.com TO BLANK STUFF,

************************* ************************* ***********

or

DO IT IN MSPAINT.EXE or any photo editing program

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites ...

http://freejpgtopdf.com/

if you have multiple scans/pics

put them in a word doc FIRST and convert that to PDF

or use http://www.pdfmerge.com

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

..

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

though dont use full bank names or CAG in the title

i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy TSB

.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

you haven't gonr after igroup.

you've been fobbed off.

thats how GE money get rid of 90% of their claimants on PPI.

you need to sent them a proper claim.

FOS CQ

a spreadsheet of the monthly PPI charges+int accured + 8% stat s69 on top

what other paperwork have you got ...

any statements at all

did you ever SAR iGROUP for them.

the FOS wont progress a claim unless you have final response letter from igroup.

you could write or call them and explain what you have discovered.

we cant answer why they've not gone after igroup, p'haps they realied upon you

fob off phone call.

IMHO they are wrong

you need to follow the chain

and expire igroup first.

but as related in the first posts here

loans.co.uk have coughed several times.

but its also worthy of note that yes car are now owned by provident group.

just made a call to the -fos- about my claim they said that igroup, ge and loans.co.uk are the same company. -Fos- have told me that I need to find out who the underwriter of the policy is with and go after them. Plus -fos- said don't send -sar- it costs they will give you the information on the phone for free :)
