DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Good to see that - hope afew more get the same.

It's time there was some publicity about lenders under-calculating the recompense due/offered in the knowledge that most people will accept whatever they (the lender) say is due.

As bad as being slow to make the payments is, this bit of conjuring could be costing genuine honest claimants thousands of pounds.

Love your enemies - it drives them crazy.

Thanks to Bobby Thompson (1911-1988) for the user name:"Let them knock, the paint lasts longer than the skin".

Nice to see the FSA dealing with this - their quick to reply when they are refusing PPI claims

I had a letter back within 3 days saying I wasn't eligible, then the next day a different letter saying they were looking into it...funnily enough it was the day after this fine!

People who haven't made mistakes, haven't made anything!
