Hi in July last year I was a victim of fraud involving five payday lenders basically I gave my details to someone who offered me a business opportunity but later found out he had gotten these payday loans in my name I reported it to the police and gave all the lenders the crime reference number I have continually been harassed by safe loans wanting the money they know the situation but its like banging my head off a brick wall I have been told different things each time I ring them

I was told by them that the application for the loan said I am an area manager working for asda and that asda had confirmed this I told them this was a lie as I have been on the sick for eleven years now then I was told they didn't check your employment details. I have been threatened with court action so I did offer them five pounds a month as this is all I can afford they refused point blank.i have just received an application for attachment of earnings order which they say they will persue if I don't pay at least fifty pounds a month which I cannot afford and feel I shouldn't be liable for the money owed which was 150pouns but is now 495 pounds I have rang them today about five times and each time they have put the phone down on me I am sick with worry with all this please can anyone give me advice on what to do.
