Anyone else care to take a look for me? Due to problems with my pc a the moment I cannot print, so am taking a leaf out of the banks book and offshoring my work - well not quite off shore, but definately North of Watford - Hull actually, my friend is very kindly going to do the necessary with the N1 and send it to me

 

I`d be quite happy with it on my N1, you seem to have covered all the necessary.

Just need to adjust the bit about daily interest, it reads 8% pence, and should be a cash amount daily, other than that it looks fine.

Hi, Lula have just got back from 2 week holiday in Brazil and am catching up on events I have got my court date on tues 20th March for my statement hearing and Abbeys alleged destruction of my statements.I have had everything prepared for court before I went on holiday.

 

Abbey have failed to meet the disclosure deadline for the statement claim and on Monday will miss the disclosure deadline for my cash claim against them. I have written two letters to the district judge about the Abbeys non- disclosure as per the CAG non- disclosure template letter and will be taking them to the court in the morning.

 

How is your claim for statements going? hope things are going ok! its as slow process but were getting there

Hi Pee lol, nothing is happening with my claim - its a long story, but I should be able to file next week, I put a whole load of stuff on your thread for you to read, wanted to know what you thought of it, I am going to be away from Tuesday till Thursday, but I should be able to get access to a pc on Tuesday evening if you feel up to posting, i rather gather that shAbbey will either, a) turn up with the statements or b) hmmm not sure about b) but i bet you are wishing that you had put in an estimated claim

Are you going with estimates or did Abbey come up with the old statements?

these are just the statements that i had already, that I had never claimed from - There are plans afoot about the statements that shAbbey say dont "exist"

LOL I am sure that it is exactly the same as other peoples too, its just that yours is the only one i have seen (defence that is )

On a more serious note however...... both Lula and I anre going to be using the "Abuse Order" in our AQ's so a comparison of shAbbeys submitted defence was necessary as we have argued that the DEfences pro-offered by shAbbey to all cases are the same! Won't go down well in Court!
