The Welcome and UserCP bar is missing. Does it now only appear when ones time on the Forum has expired-or is it just my computer?

Are you saying you no longer have the bar that covers the User CP/log in section at the top of the screen ?

Some instructions that might help.

 

Can you hold down the shift key and press F5 at the same time and it should be OK.

 

Then refresh the page.

I've got this cag bar blocking out my usercp etc - friggin nuisance, who's responsible? - naughty step for him/her....more things to do than sort this out....I'm using Firefox....and I'm no techi...

 

Tell a lie, sorry, user name and usercp back, but it's still a nuisance it is installed without me doing it which means I had no option...me don't like having things imposed upon me......

Ctrl F5 Shift F5 makes no difference...

 

I've added a little to my post above CitizenB, but I still have the brown search bar and whether I like it or not it's still there.

 

Yep me too, nice shade of maroon :)
