Hello, I got my contract late July ... 24 month contract

Samsung galaxy s3--- £31 a month ---5months free redemption every 6 month's

Since I got this contract in Aug my internet stopped working for a month ... after numerous calls being hung up on customer service people being rude to me it finally got fixed but no adjustment from my bill after I asked loads of times...

Then I have been trying to claim on my insurance for dropping my phone, I needed the iemi number first and last usage and the registration datebof my contract... well it took 5 weeks and many attempts to get this right..(hopefully i managed to get all the information to insurance on time). including sending me some one else's details! And not enough of my own.

And now they are saying that I never cancelled the direct debit which I cancelled in august (as I like to phone up and pay when u know I have the money) and taken money out of my account causing overdraft fees.

I have had enough of the bad attitude vodaphone have towards me.

I rung up today to cancell my contract because all of this and they said it would cost £180 to cancell .. I'm on income support and can't pay that...

Does any one know a way of cancelling it considering they have breached privacy and their company has just failed to provide even half decent service to me a service that I am fully paying for.

Thank you patsy

Hello and Welcome patsy.

I've moved this thread to the appropriate Forum, we do have Vodafone Reps on site..........................

Hi CAG members,

We thought it would be nice to introduce ourselves and to assure you all that our presence on CAG is with the very best of intentions.

vodafone UK has recently introduced a dedicated Web Relations Team which is keen to seek out customers who’re having difficulties with their accounts and feel that they have no other place to turn to than CAG and other consumer forums and blogs.

Naturally, it’s not possible for us to help directly with account specific queries on CAG and as such we would encourage those members who feel we can help them to contact us privately at eforum.web@help.vodafone. co.uk

quoting ‘WRT135 – CAG Forum’ in the

subject line to ensure that it reaches the Web Relations Team.

When emailing us we would also ask that you either provide us with a link to your post or thread – if you’ve posted in another member’s thread please also provide your CAG username so that we can check what your query is.

Regards,

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.

If you can, please donate to this site.

Help keep it up and active, helping people like you.

If you no longer require help, please do what you can to help others

Hi Patsy,

Thanks for making me aware of your concerns.

As Scott has suggested could you email me with the details of the account in question via the Contact us form here and quote the code WRT135 - CAG Forum in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To ensure that it reaches me could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

Kind regards,

Lee
