That's be massively unusual. As when you were in court you would point out the admin error there and then.

I'd call the court and ask.

Never assume anyone on the internet is who they say they are. Only rely on advice from insured professionals you have paid for!

you said you withdrew at CMD due to stress. In what way is that an admin error? What am I missing/ not understanding?

The judge dismissed upon withdrawal after respondents applied for 25(4) to be applied.

Respondents gave us 7 days to contest the 25(4) but the judge made the judgement before the 7 days were over- and before our application to contest 25(4) was received.

I'm just trying to figure out who I should write to sort this out. i

I am afraid I cannot follow at all as you were resubmitting on Monday, and you also had a compromise offer yesterday.

1. You are employing a lawyer, use them for this kind of thing

2. Call the court and ask. Sounds like a point of law to me but they may be able to answer a query in this regard for you.

My employment lawyer doesn't seem very knowledgeable about withdrawals. This seems odd. I have been asking for weeks. It may be a sign that I need to change lawyers.

I don't have a CA. An offer has been put on the table.

Thanks.

I think we discussed changing lawyers before and you didn't want to...

I said a compromise offer. That is what you got. Why are you disagreeing with me?
