I have been receiving letters from RED DCA for a while now,

each one stating the same, We "may" you "may".

. They seem to think i owe Lowell £310 for a one off bank charge to nationwide building society years ago.

I paid off some a while back but cancelled the direct debit as they asked for more and more money i dont have.

The original overdraft on the old bank account was something silly like 50p

which has now somehow become £310.

need some advice how to tell them where to get off.

I also moved house recently and they somehow found my new address and started sending me more letters.

Enter into a complaint with Nationwide about the account and send Lowells a copy of the complaint.

DCA's have to stop collection activity while a debt is being disputed.

We could do with some help from you.

if its all bank charges you really own nothing.

if this is since 2009 use BCOBS

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

yes it was around 2008 / 2009 when the small mistake of an overdraft in the bank was made and the charges were slammed on, i may just write to nationwide and alert the dc's that im communicating with the original source.

Make sure an official complaint is registered with Nationwide and send a copy to Lowell. Not just communicating with the original source.

I wouldn't send lowlifes anything, it is pointless corresponding with DCA's and getting into the whole letter tennis game. Ignore them, deal direct with the bank, it is up to the bank to call of their powerless third party, not you!

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
