that's probably the CCA return you've got from AK not the SAR.

I have got about 60 pages of credit card statements from July this year going back to same time last year the card is much older than that.

They have also printed off the information for each card payment

There is nothing else, nothing that proves AK own the debt nothing.

AK has produced the compliant? cca

so payment to AK time.

 

your next task is to scan all the card statements.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I am making the payments I was making to MBNA £10 a month - the rest is up to AK.

 

There is NO more, so the ball is in their court.

 

I am on benefits and ill, if they want to take me to court then so be it.

 

They cannot have what I have not got.
