Just be careful what you say about them, as it can be construed as slander/libel and bring CAG into disrepute and possible legal action. PDL's are well known for watching this forum.

I have correspondence from MMF chasing for a loan that was passed on from 'Think Finance' I do not recognise who Think Finance is or the loan amont requested. I have googled Think Finance and came across this link:

hi NoooNames - is there certain areas of the UK they will not do home visits and do they take anyone to court - is there a % amount they pay for payday loans?

When I was having problems I offered a settlement which they refused, also despite sending 6 letters to them stating I had moved and an implied access removal telling them that I had no desire to give them permisssion to visit me , they in fact sent one guy to my old address pretending to be a bailiff and mouthed off to an ex neigbour and friendof mine. is this normal for them to be so obstructive

It's also very illegal as he would have breached the DPA, OFT guidance since he misrepresented himself, and also the criminal act of a public disorder offence.
