Hi

These guys have sent me a letter "Default Notice" stating that I have 14 days to pay them the outstanding balance of £900+

They say this includes charges/fees etc. The original loan would only have been for £300 or so and it has been outstanding since May.

Is there anyway I can ask for a breakdown of their charges and should i settle for this balance or should it just be 1 months interest?

I am happy to arrange a payment plan with them but I dont really think the balance should be this much?

247moneybox: £418.04

1monthloan: £260

WageDayAdvance: £462

MicroCredit: £156

Amigo: £427.44

Get a full breakdown so you know the true debt. They are trying to trick you into paying the amount they say. Even though 70% of it s unfair charges and interest.

Dont worry aboit the default for now as you can get it in court and get it removed.

Are you able to post the full default notice minus any personal info? As their notice sounds a little strange.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

:D
