Hi,

I have just checked my Credit Report on Experian and it is showing a series of defaults on my mortgage (with YB).

I was made redundant and the mortgage was paid by an insurance company, however this was always paid about seven days after the mortgage was due, I was in touch with the mortgage provider on a monthly basis to inform them that the mortgage was going to be paid by the insurance but it would be about seven days late.

However, YB seem to have put a default on the mortgage every month this occurred. This I assume will affect my credit rating. Is it possible, or even likely, that YB would remove this default notice? How do I progress this?

The mortgage is up to date.

Thanks for reading.

I don't think that there is a default every month they are just

up dates of an original default or late payment markers the latter

seems more likely with a mortgage just a few days will trigger such

a marker.

You will need to take this up with the Data Controller at you mortagage

providers head office.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
