The contract only states that all staff meetings/training sessions are compulsory.

 

It does not specify the time at which they are held.

 

If it's only once a moth and normally 6pm on a Wednesday why not get the date and time from the owners (say a week ahead each time) and plan for childcare once a month (family, friends or yourself).Have i misunderstood the situation here?
