Hello.

About 12 months ago I told t-mobile that I was starting a new job and I would be a few days/week late with my payment and they said that is was fine. Anyway I have recently checked my credit report and it says I have a missed payment for 2 months because they carried it on for 2 months.

Do I have a case here? if so what should I do?

Thanks.

sadly not

its only 2 markers, should not be a real issuew ith cfeditors

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

The marker is correct though, the creditor is

bound to keep an up to date and accurate record

of the conduct of the account.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
