Not sure where to post.....will keep it brief.....

 

Been off sick since january with depression and anxiety, not ready to return to work due to difficulties with manager (bullying etc)

 

Getting housing benefits to help while i am on SSP.

 

Considering taking up home study, if i decided to do this full time (and leave my job) so i can then look for a job in a different sector once course completed would we still get housing benefits etc

I believe it depends on whether or not you have any children/are a single parent, and whether or not your partner is also a student. If you have children and your partner is not a student but has a job, then I'm guessing it depends on their income.

 

I'm no expert though!
