Hi,

I am about to look at claiming ppi from first plus.

I've looked through the forum and tried to make sense of my account but after a recent illness my brain does not work as good as it once did.

I would appreciate it if anyone would look at my figures and see if I have got this right... Many thanks..

Loan started Sept 1998:

Ammount £21,200

Ppi £4,200

Apr 14.9%

Monthly ppi £56.36

This ammount has varied between £53.89 when my interest rate went down, to what I am now paying and have been since 2007 £58.47 with an interest rate of 16.7%

Total ppi payment £9,331.87

Interest at 8% £5,492.40

Total claiming £14,824.27

I know the monthly rates are correct however, it is the 8% interest rate that I am unsure of ?.

Can anyone confirm these for me Thank you for your help... Mike..

StatIntSheet v101.xls

fill this in with each and every ppi payment you made each month and when

so that will be the £53.89 thru £58.74 and their dates

you need not do anything more nor change anything.

the sheet will do the rest for you.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi dx,

Many thanks for your help, however, the stat interest sheet does not seem to work on my system when I try to open it it transfers into works and comes up as containing over two hundred errors, and when it does open, once I put the info in it calculates number of days elapsed wrong and does not calculate interest rate at all.

Is there anything else that I can try?.

Thanks Mike..
