Here on The CAG we are very much aware that organisations do not like adverse publicity or unfair business practices put on the table.

We have no sympathy at all for such views.

No stone will be left unturned in exposing those companies who operate against the consumer,have unfair contract terms,breach their CC Licence expectations/OFT guidance,or CPUT2008.

There will be no let up.

Having said all that The CAG is equally as quick to recognise those Motor Insurance Companies who have invested in their customer services and go the extra mile.

Hasting is a fine example of change.

 

So we will be making regular checks on Complaints data for Motor Insurance providers as published by the FOS.

 

It is apt to post some of the previously resolved cases as published which show cases upheld in the complainants favour.
