We have had similar problem with Comet. Hotpoint washing machine 6 months old , 3 weeks to get parts, then told wrong parts were delivered so would be reordering, now 5 weeks, still no sign of repair. We understand that all of Comets service engineers will be laid off by May this year so what happens then! Never ever again will we shop at that excuse for a retailer.

Have you emailed the "Directors Office" they will respond one way or another with regards to this shocking

"After Sales Service " which is becoming more the norm than anything else these days I am afraid , as many posters have testified here on CAG .
