My account with wooly is £175 overdrawn (all charges) and they are going to start charging me £3 per day on top of this for everyday I am overdrawn.

Now I cant afford to pay in £175, and I am still waiting (day 28) for all my statements so by the end of the process these £3 per day are really going to add up (even if it takes 2 months thats an extra £180).

Will I be able to claim back these £3 per day charges? After all I wouldnt be overdarwn ifthey hadnt unlawfully charged me in the first place!

Any advice would be grateful.

I'm pretty sure the £3 a day unauthorised admin charge can be claimed back alongside all the others, does it really cost the bank £3 a day plus interest to "manage" your overdraft

It's plainly another penalty charge. I intend to claim all my £3 a day charges when I finally get my statment bundle!
