247 Moneybox.com

Mini Credit

Peachy text loans

 

Also, what reference number would they require?

As a reference you should normally try and use your account/agreement ref & surname perhaps add D.O.B to if will let you

 

I'm afraid I've had a couple of yours and getting details never quite happened...

 

They were

Quick Quid - As Direct Debit but will also accept paypal payments I understand

247 Moneybox - only one I had to rely on to charge my card each month which they did in all respect with no funny games touchin wood now, yes thats right they had my card details !! they must take their BCCA membership seriously is all I can say.

though perhaps you can do a cheque or postal order from the post office (PO incurs a charge but will not give your a/c details)

 

Hope someone can come through for you with bank details

Yeah I read somewhere that Quikquid's are rarer than the queen jewels!! Worth a try though.

If I could give them I would without hesitatation but if you got enough time I'd be tempted to do PO's - With Wonga wonder if there is anything going back in their threads, I'm sure I might have saw something going back y'know

Without being thick...PO's postal orders? How would I go about doing that with regards to references to ensure they know its me paying?

Weill I got 10 payday loans and have all the standing orders except the ones above, taken me hours to sort everything out but am slowly getting there....

Fair point that shows I've not gone down this route doh!, while you could purchase as a load from the PO counter you would have to write your details on the back and then send recorded delivery to each lender (that would then be your only record! eeek) I guess then at least you'd then have proof they had received, only downside could be if they try and return ?

 

So it may have to be cheque or maybe look into a prepaid card option - I heard one now has a direct debits facilities - this could shut Quick Quid up!!

opayday express - point blank refusing!!

 

So, the idea is to pay every month what I can afford and prove I am willing to make a payment so incase they try court and stuff!

Are you only payinh the original amount + 1 months interest? If so, are you going to stop the standing order or whatever after you've paid this amount?

these will be addresses for actual people because I'm sure it must have worked for me with one in particular which was PDExpress, after cc. ing the Louise and Steven in on my troubles with them I found they did do plans!

By making payments where you can you will have the upper hand should they try court - all you do is defend and prove you have gone out of your way to get through to these people, they can't hide from it as long as you keep all back up

 

To be honest I didn't get to into 'I'm only paying you x amount (save that argument you need them on side now) I waited until I'd either paid the amount of loan plus one months interest at which point then went back to them) but in a couple of instances I didn't have to as my balance was frozen because I got to them just before or on default even if we did spend a couple of weeks going round in circles

 

A couple did levy a charge which seems crazy when there is other lenders out there who havn't but I guess that is the way the cookie crumbles, some give and take for getting a plan - I think you have to treat each one seperately and try not to get to tied up to dealing with one in particular, mistake I'd made at first - each will have their own way of dealing with things as well

I have respect for the fair ones but for the sneaky ones looking to make large profits, unfair charges and being dishonest... grrr can only hope they will get their comeuppance

 

I must say I'm still stuggling with Lending Stream myself but can keep you updated as to how it goes

There is nothing like reading the agreement after taking a loan - I've sure learn some lessons along the way!

 

If non co-operative after getting in touch you need to be reporting them and making complaints we can help - a few of yours are members of trade associations to and need reminding of this fact.

 

Anyway I hope this helps a little, my words aren't so free flowing as I'd like today but if you need an ear well you know where to come !

I just LOL'ed a little... If it was/is PDE's very own Louise hitting the report button multiple times because of her company email address being published... I also wonder what the problem is? Perhaps she's scared that so many people will try contacting her to try and sort the 'problems' out that PDE are so good at ignoring?

Well suspiciously it wasn't best of news either for me today !

Yep my blooming principles just increased on getting me nearer court, think their taking me up on my offer ! They are in the throws of reply to papers, surprised oh my god a bit scary but knew what I was getting into at least for once, must say at least it is not in the final hour so I'll get over it thanks for that Payday Express !

Thanks hun that is really appreciated, because I'm useless with my own words and fear no-one will get my situation, I won't go there except say what right have these companies got to start making assumptions and not explain properly to people or handle them very well

 

I have been in a position (well a couple of times but this is one occasion that really hurts) where I paid more then loan amount plus one month interest (if the theory is to be believed) so guess we might want to say that is what will be challenged I'll keep u updated for all it's worth

 

I could justify paying over the odds if I had genunely ignored, gone on 'holiday' for weeks/months, hadn't atempted communication so many times, put up with threats and no responses, all the while making payments. Great way to treat a customer - glad I've never done this to one of my own!

 

I also want people to learn from my mistakes - that means stay of the telephone, communicate in writing only, get people's names and above all else get the full payable figure

 

All my posts are genuine and basically what I've tried or thought of myself - over the 6 months I have also been continually learning well I guess we aren't born with the how to handle debt handbook
