i puchased a samsung lcd tv in march 2008 which lasted 18 months.

after 8 weeks of phone calls and no helpfull workers from comet i managed to get my tv replaced as i had the extended warranty.

now oct 2011 my second tv has broken down

ive looked up on the internet the fault and it is a costly one which i cannot afford.

so i phoned comet up and as my warranty ran out in march i am not entitled to any help.

two tv sets in just over 3 years one tv should last longer than that surely.

i can have it lloked at by a engineer which is going to cost me 150.00 which i dont have as im currently out of work.

ive bought from comet for so many years and this is how a loyal customer is treated.

ive qouted my rights but still no help what should i do thanks for any info.

your ARE covered by SOGA

warranty is in ADDITION to your statutory right under SOGA

and NO REASON to reject your repair/refund

go get 'em

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
