CCA Request, Simple.

 

See if they have the Docs. That will force them to put the acocunt on hold and if they dont have them, then tough tittes

Enclose a blank £1.00 postal order with your reference number on the back. They then have 12 days to comply.

 

 

So not ignore any further letters from their Solicitor they may issue summons and try for a default CCJ (undefended)

 

 

Or/AND you can SAR the original creditor a £10-00 fee is payable for this if you do not have all of your documents this will also/should include your credit agreement as well.

So a company acting on behalf of a company who is acting on behalf of another? I'd be tempted to ignore them.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..
