Hi

We bought a Iron which was marked up at £55.00, but was in a sale and was selling for £19.00 so we bought it.

After 2 months the iron just stopped working so we returned it and got a replacement, exactly the same iron, no problem.

I asked the assisstant if you did not have any of the same brand (Russel Hob) could I have a different brand ? to which he replied yes to the value of £19.00,

But I said I bought the iron based on it's original value of £55.00 which in my opinion would be far better quality than a Iron priced at £19.00.

Do I have the right to a iron valued at £55.00 or not ?

Thank you

Simon

Hi and welcome to CAG

I don't think that would work in any sense. How could you expect to pay £19 and get something worth nearly 3 times that amount. It isn't going to happen

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
