hi guys what it is i have few dcas who after me for awhile for few debts most them will be sb in 2-3 years tops

but i read somewhere is that if you recieve discounted letter means 1) they are desperate to get you to pay 2)they dont have enforceable paperwork 3)its way by the sb date 4)thyey want you to contact them

i seem to get these a lot from dcas and payday loan dcas

due to me not contacting most them i usually bin the letters they normally threat o grams i thinkin its prob last plan before they pass it to another dca

the discount varies from 50%-20% off recent one was motormile for wagedayadvance offering me 30-20% off but they only had the account for 2 weeks max lol bit too quick i say to offer discounts unless they hiding something

what u guys thinks ---

a discount letter means either

the debt is all charges/ppi that can be reclaimed

or

there are issues with the paperwork

totally ignore them.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
