Hi Ell-enn, just wanted to give you an update as to what happended at our hearing today. The Judge granted a suspended posession order and also, accepted our offer of £50.00 per month, rather than the £217.00 the claimant wanted!! Thank you so much to you and all that gave help, support and advice, i really dont know what i would have done without you.

To anyone reading this who is in the same situation, PLEASE PLEASE attend court and put your version of events forward, it helps so much. As i did, i am sure you will have many sleepless nights up to the run of the hearing but you should attend, the releif afterwards is enourmous.

Once again, thank you so much to you all, i cant express my gratitude enough.

Wonderful news, I'm so pleased for you - and well done for being so brave.

Trust you can relax a bit now:)

Ell-enn
