Hi there, affixed is the statement for Q.10. You need to fill in the info where I have put XXX's (remove the XXX's). Also you need to put the amount of payment where there are £ in the list of payments. When you print the statement, make sure your printer is set for A4 paper (not letter size) so it all stays on one page.

On the bank statements write the claim number on the top left hand corner and Appendix 1 on the top right hand corner.

On the mortgage statement write the claim number and Appendix 2.

You should now have:

N244 form

Statement for Q10

Appendix 1 - bank statements

Appendix 2 - mortgage statement showing charges

Take a copy of all of the above so you have a pack for yourself to take to the hearing.

You should take the eviction warrant to the court with you, the fee is £35.00 if you have a warrant (£75.00 otherwise).

Any questions, just shout.

A question - as the arrears charges are not actually part of the court hearing is there anything to stop the poster going to the FOS after the hearing to complain about the charges?

I know there was a recent case where the FOS ordered th charges to be refunded and I know they can not act where there is a court case started - but the court case is about the arrears so this should be a separate issue , is that correct?

Please note I am not an expert - I am not offering opinions or legal help - Please use all the information provided on the site in FAQ- step by step instructions and library- thanks Jansus:)
