compensation claim

iv got a broken scaphoid bone in wrist ,and after been in cast for 6 weeks i had to go back to get xrays ,

at hospital this morning and got cast off and new set of xrays now discoverd ive broke my distal raidial bone to a corner piece of it

no cast back on just exercise and no heavy work or driving yet ,

cause iv a fracture and a brake does it mean i would get more of a claim for both than just a fracture ?

i was working on one of there machines and the bar slipped and i fell back and put hand out and broke 2 bones in wrist ,

my solicitor is waiting on the health and safty report ,

but he thinks if got a case ?
