I read the following post in the litigation section. Hope I am posting this question in the correct section.

"

icon1.gif Nationwide v Disneyman - settled with Tomlin Order

Nationwide given judgment 14th December 2005 - £2500 aprox

22nd March 2006 Application to set aside and defend for aprox £3000

Abbey settled agreed to set aside judgment and pay additional £600 aprox to Disneyman plus agreement to use reasonable steps to remove CCJs from register.

Agreement recorded in Tomlin order"

Could someone first of all tell me if the above was settled and they paid an extra £600?

Also what does the term "Abbey settled agreed to set aside judgment " I understand this as they settled the amount, but what does "set aside judgment" mean?

Thanks
