Got a question though......lol just when you thought you'd got rid of me;)

 

There was no mention of removing the default (it's not on my file at the moment, I presume because the account was in dispute). The amount they have paid out is more than the amount defaulted so I don't think I'd have a problem getting it removed.

 

Should I just email someone at Cobbetts and try and get it in writing? does anyone have a direct email address? or should I just visit their site?
