Have been paying monthly token payts on M&S credit card.

They issued default in February 2010 but for a few extra months they continued to charge interest each month totalling some £250 - although now making monthly payments no interest charged.

Are companies allowed to still charge interest after a default has been issued - I suppose it will be

in terms and conditions - but do not have a copy as yet.

Anyone know what the usual position is after a default issued.

Many thanks

there are no rules regarding this

a dn does not stop interest

the only way is by their goodwill

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
