Hi there all

OK, my situation is this

I have been embroiled in the microfiche argument with barclaycard for some months.

I was kinda thinking, well Ill put in an estimated claim and so forth, and that will be that.

Anyhow, I have been investigating as many of you know, and I have come up with another angle which I believe proves that barclaycard have been talking utter tripe to us re the microfiche argument.

I really dont want to go into detail about it here as i am playing things close to my chest etc, and I want to take this one to court and let the judge make a decision on it. The IC reckon Ive got a case, although im not entirely chuffed with them or thier guidance thus far, so Im laothe to leave this in their lap to deal with.

So,

1) can I take this issue to the small claims track?

2)Is this the right track For the judge to make a decision on?

3) if the judge agrees with me, would this mean an opening of floodgates for all other punters among us equally frustrated

Your thoughts?
