On the 6th June i sent a letter to this address asking for all my bank statements for the past 6 years. It ws returned to me yesterday by Royal Mail stating there was not enough "airmail postage" on the letter so it had to be divered to an alternative service. Can someon confirm to me this is the correct address to write to or is there a better one? When did Scotland become classed as the same as Spain to England? (confused)

than you for your reply. I sent it in a normal envelope to the same address as yourself. May I ask did you enclose a cheque for payment with your letter? thankfully mine came back to me the reason i ask is becuase when i sent this to lloyds they didn't ask for the £10. It is payable to Nat West bank isnt it?

I sent a £10 postal order crossed to Natwest - but they still took an additional £5 from my account. I assume they therefore did not cash the order - so watch this space...
