PCN performing a prohibited no left turn

dear all

need some advice i got a pcn for no left turn i wasnt even driving my dad was, however he took the turn as my disabled brother was not feeling well and had to tend to him. there was a lot of traffic ahead hence the turn. do you think it is worth appealing or better if i just pay it?

also they were not familiar with the area so was unaware if there were any other suitable places for turning

Was the signage correct? Can you tell us the location so we can check it out on street view? If the signage is all in order, I can't see much mileage in your reason for making the turn to be honest.

I thought you said you turned left due to a medical emergency, now you say you don't know where it happened??

i wasnt driving my dad had the car, so im not sure where it is exactly
